Pretty expensive for a plastic bucket with a few holes in it and a plastic carboy. The dual scale thermometer strip was also missing; which isn't an icepick to the forehead, but still…. half of me wants to return it. The half with integrity says own the mistake because I didn't put the research in.Looking at this kit one would think the plastic bucket would be for primary fermentation; and the “glass” carboy would be for secondary and storage for wine purposes. If the carboy was glass it would give more value to the kit.
