This fit perfect in a 08 Sierra 2500HD LMM Diesel. It's an excellent upgrade from the original 125a I had. The wire from Alt to fuse block on firewall needs to be upgraded. Original is too small for 220a. I suggest 1/0 AWG.It seems to be slightly bigger since the belt appears slightly tigher according to marks on tensioner.There may be clearance issues with aftermarket cold side pipe over it on LBZ. The Pusher I have seems to work just fine. In case you're wondering If you want to measure for clearance under your pipe. The top of Pos bolt at back is 3 1/16" above the back of the black Tstat bracket. The case itself in the center is about 2 3/8" above that bracket. The front top unused mounting ear is about 2 3/4". That can actually be cut off for clearance. Same as the top of Pos bolt for a little extra clearance.
